I'm a New York City based photographer, living in Brooklyn.

I have been involved in many aspects of art and performance for almost 20 years. As a photographer, I'm interested in the "unseen" aspects of production: I LOVE to photograph artists, both "in studio" and candidly. I try to capture a subject's "chi" or "essence" by capturing the exact moments when guard and pretense are removed. I consider a portrait session to be a collaboration, and I’m very appreciative of being entrusted to create an image that represents the artist.

Brooklyn is famous throughout the world for its contribution to international and American culture and history and I LOVE to photograph it! I try to create an intimate portrait of the borough and its icons. I sell prints at fairs and exhibitions.
